Below are a few survey testimonials I recently received from my past clients. All of these clients had their property on the market previously with another agent before allowing me to work for them. Every time I sell a property, I send out a survey to track my performance, in an effort to track my clients' satisfaction as well as to solicit honest suggestions on how to improve my procedures and performance. In fact, every time I list a property, I give a copy of the same survey to my clients and ask them to let me know if I am ever failing in any category during the process of selling their home. I hope these testimonials will convey how seriously I regard the experience for my clients. Numbers are great, but reading a powerful testimonial always carries more value, at least for me. Hopefully, the testimonials below will offer a glimpse into my practice and business priorities that numbers alone can not.
