Community Service Projects

Cori and I are both big believers in giving back to the local community. Throughout the year we organize several events with both our RE/MAX
Metro office and past clients to help raise awareness and support for local charities including Habitat for Humanity, Habitat Restore, Salvation Army, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Children's Miracle Network.

Over the last four years, I have sponsored four Holiday Food Drives in Sardis Woods and Madison Park and collected over 2350 meals to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Second Harvest is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to providing essential grocery items to nearly 600 non-profit agencies serving 16 counties in North and South Carolina.

In addition to Holiday Food Drives, Cori and I sponsor an annual Dump and Donate Day for Sardis Woods, a neighborhood I have specialized in for 14 years. For this event I pay for a 30 cubic yard dumpster and invite residents to discard odds and ends and/or donate household items that are still in good condition to local charities like The Salvation Army and Habitat Restore.
